Use : Pigments and other fine chemical intermediates, widely used in the synthesis of phthalosulfonamide drugs, phthalocyanine pigments and dyes, high thermal resistance polyamide fibers, xylyl, diisocyanate plastics and desulfurization catalysts, etc. Phthalocyanine and metal phthalocyanine have unique The physical and chemical properties have been well applied in functional materials and medical fields, such as photoconductors, rectifier devices, optical storage devices, liquid crystals, electrochromism, and photodynamic therapy [1–3]. Phthalonitrile is an important organic intermediate, widely used in the synthesis of high thermal resistance polyamide and polyester fibers, phthalocyanine pigments and new xylyl diisocyanate plastics and desulfurization catalysts. There are various processes for the synthesis of phthalonitrile, among which the ammoxidation of ortho-xylene to synthesize phthalonitrile is the simplest (one-step reaction), with the lowest cost and the least environmental pollution. A new process for the synthesis of phthalonitrile by ammoxidation of o-xylene has been researched and developed. The process has the following characteristics: high catalyst selectivity and space velocity, long service life, simple preparation process and low cost; the reaction temperature is only 370 ° C, which is lower than the literature. The reported maximum temperature is 120℃ lower; the ammonia ratio is small; the production cost is low; the waste water and waste gas are less, and there is no pollution
